Gnocchi with pesto

Tonight I made the gnocchi from VWAV. They’re a real favourite and incomparable with shop bought packets. We eat them as a main course just with pesto and so the amount given in the book makes just 3 portions rather than the 6 it says! I freeze the extra portion as they freeze very well, then I can just pull them out when I get back late. I made the basil pesto and the sun dried tomato pesto, both from VWAV. I love them both but usually reduce the garlic a bit because they’re a bit strong otherwise!
