It’s my turn to pick the recipe we’re veganising for the next Food Network Friday. I didn’t have to think too hard about it because I’d just watched an episode of “Jamie Does” and this time he was in Andalucia. I know Jamie tends to divide people but I love him. I think his healthy eating campaigns are great and I love his enthusiasm for food. This series is great because you get to see quite a lot of the place he’s visiting as well as seeing the food. I picked this recipe and I’m having fun thinking about how to do it. I think my smoker box may come out again.
